Sublime quality Merino knee socks with a 3x1 rib pattern for an extremely fine stitch with a beautiful pattern. These rib stockings are suitable for every season because of the regulating merino wool that makes up the sock. This Dore Dore knee high has no elastic in the hem and therefore does not pinch. Both the heel and the toe of this knee stocking are reinforced. On all top quality stockings people will find the label 'hand linked toe'. In sock machines, the needles are placed in a circle and form a kind of cylinder. The sock comes out of the machine with the toe open and of course needs to be closed somehow. Hand tied doesn't mean there is a person connecting it by hand with a needle, but it means there is a machine connecting the two parts of the socks with the same thread that makes up the sock.
