If you order on a working day before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Together with PostNL, we aim to deliver your order the next day, both in the Netherlands and in Belgium.
The delivery time of orders to all other countries depends on the destination country and is therefore variable.
If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, your order will be shipped the next working day.
Track and trace code
As soon as your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with a track and trace code with which you can follow the package. On the website of our shipping partner PostNL you can follow your package with the track and trace code. For foreign shipments you can track the package via PostNL International Parcel Tracking.. p>

Als uw bestelstatus op ‘verzonden’ staat en u heeft uw pakket de volgende dag nog niet ontvangen, adviseren wij u om nog een dag te wachten.
Backup
We do our best to deliver your order in one package. However, it is possible that an item is not in stock. Your order will then be split into two (or more) deliveries.
If an item is not in stock and is backordered, you can see this in your shopping cart and in the e-mail you receive when you have placed the order. The item that is subsequently delivered is indicated in the color orange.
When the item is received by us, we will send you the item immediately. You will receive an email about this. You can also view the status of your (re)order in ‘My account’. Of course you do not pay any extra shipping costs for the item that is subsequently delivered.
